Grateful! Ivan went above and beyond to help me, stranded with a damaged tire, many blocks away. He was able to locate the new tire I needed, mounted it on the wheel he took with him, and returned to put the wheel back on again. All while I waited safely in my car. THANK YOU, Ivan, THANK YOU!!! This place is great. I've used them multiple times for repairs needed to my 08 Infiniti FX35. I'm a Lyft driver and usually call requesting repairs pretty last minute. They've always squeezed me in when I was desperate, and charge less than estimates I've gotten at other shops. When I needed my control arm done, I was given ridiculous prices at other shops because they assume I have money because I drive an Infiniti, but in reality, I'm a single mom struggling to pay my rent and only have an Infiniti because a friend was nice enough to sell it to me super cheap after my old car broke down. IC Auto did the control arm for the same price they charged me to do the control arm in my old car, which was $150 cheaper than another shop wanted to charge me. Highly recommend. They do quality work at very fair prices.
